MY STUDIO IS A COVID SAFE ENVIRONMENT - ALTHOUGH IF YOU ARE STILL CONCERNED PLEASE CONTACT ME DIRECTLY OR WAIT UNTIL YOU FEEL CONFIDENT TO RETURN 

 
  • All equipment, door handles, door bell, washroom (toilet seats and taps) are wiped with antibacterial spray after each student.

  •  

  • A requirement of washing hands and applying antibacterial hand gel to hands applies on entry and exit.

  •  

  • If deemed necessary I will wear a face mask and may ask you/be happy for you to wear one. I would ask that you provide your own.

  •  

  • I will check your temperature with a temperature gun before you will be permitted entry into my premises. Please take your temperature before leaving to come to my studio - if it is raised please cancel (I will waive the 24 hour cancellation policy at this time)

  •  

  • Please cancel if you have ANY coronavirus symptoms (I will waive the 24 hour cancellation policy at this point)

  •  

  • At changeover time I would ask you to ring the doorbell and wait 6ft away from the door for the previous student to leave

 

My Pilates tuition alleviates and keeps back pain at bay, injury prevention, maintenance of strength, flexibility, correct muscle function, correction and maintenance of alignment, maintenance of core strength and also offers the benefits to mental health of empowering yourself through exercise to work to control pain and muscular skeletal issues.
