***The ongoing disruption of the pandemic has decreased the demand for group tuition and on the whole classes have not proven viable. I hope to resume classes once the situation is more stable. If you are interested in joining a class please send me an email. Classes will only run with a minimum of 3 partiipants. Full payment in advance is required to secure your space please check my terms and conditions***


  • Pilates is a great exercise system for alleviating and keeping back pain at bay, injury prevention, maintenance of strength, flexibility, correct muscle function, correction and maintenance of alignment, maintenance of core strength and also is beneficial to mental health - empowering you through exercise to work to control pain and muscular skeletal issues.
